Timetable for building up and arranging exhibition

Information for the co-workers: Agnieszka, Gosia, Monika, Fraggles and Ula and the involved staff/technical team and volunteers from Lodz Art Center

Monday morning at 12.00 A.M 

- preparing everything: 

       - collecting and cleaning frames

       - placing the prints in the frames

       - thinking about how to arrange the prints on the wall

       - setting up the necessary equipment to clime

       - making up what has to be done more
       - preparing the dvd for projector (GOSIA! You?)

       - making a list about all necessary additional equipment
         (to buy on Tuesday morning)

       - consulting and coordinating with Ludmila

Tuesday morning early (9.00 A.M.)

- hanging the prints / arranging the space

       - hanging and completing everything
       - making the projector running
       - checking and adjusting light

Wednesday morning (9.30 A.M.)

- finishing touch and Press Conference at 11.00 A.M.

        - everything what is left or has to be done more

        - making appointments about organising food and
          music for opening

        - presenting the project at the press conference
          in the Art Center at 11.00 A.M.
